Interviews have been going well. I've also published a new photography book in the mean time called "Life in Parts: An Interpretations from the Cemetery." (4-20-08) I've decided on an official title for the book. "Ghost Walk: True stories of cemeteries and the ghosts and people who haunt them" (1-14-08) |

Where Cemeteries and the Graveyards Meet ... It's almost one of the biggest cliches out there--the haunted cemetery. So why would I pick such a topic for my next book? For one, I want to. Having the drive to commit to a full book is one-third the battle. You've got to have passion about the topic you're writing about. I love cemeteries, and I'm fascinated by ghosts and the paranormal. This will also a challenge for me. What I want to do is write a book about hauntings that brings something different to the table than the rest of the books written on hauntings. There are plenty of books out there on the topic, and a number are also focused on cemeteries. So it is my goal to find my own path through the cemetery. To do this, I need your help. I want the stories that no one's read before. While Resurrection Mary is a wonderful ghost story, it's one that's been told a million times. What experiences have you had? The things you never wanted to tell anyone because they'd think you were crazy. That's why you think, anyway. The truth is, there are many people just like you. Either they didn't believe in the paranormal or didn't want to--but something made them, even if just for a little while. How You Can Contribute I couldn't have written "Cemetery Walk" without people like you, and I won't be able to write this book without you. Who I want to talk to: - Paranormal investigators (from amateurs to professionals) - People who've had paranormal experiences in a cemetery - People who believe in ghosts - People who don't - People who have attended ghost conferences or plan to in the near future - Psychics and mediums - Writers, artists, musicians, radio show hosts and others who are influenced by the supernatural - People interested in talking about the paranormal Links GhostStudy.com Prairie Ghosts - Troy Taylor's all-encompassing site Paranormal/Spiritual Web Cams Minda's "haunted MySpace page: www.MySpace.com/hauntedcemeteries www.TheCemeteryClub.com/hauntedcemeteries.html |
